About us

We build for the businesses we came from

Juviq Automation is an engineering team that works in one domain and knows it properly: the trade and manufacture of apparel, and the businesses that move goods around it.

Our story

It started with a costing sheet nobody trusted

Every business we work with had the same shape of problem. The numbers existed — in a spreadsheet on one machine, a register in the store, a WhatsApp thread between a merchandiser and a factory. What did not exist was one version of them.

Juviq Automation was founded in 2018 to close that gap for trading and apparel businesses. We started with costing and inventory tools for companies that had outgrown their spreadsheets, and grew each time a client asked for something the market did not sell: stitch-based costing for an embroidery unit, a TNA critical path for a sourcing office, roll-wise fabric control for a factory that kept getting shade complaints.

Those requests became four products. They are built by one team on one foundation, which is why a group running a factory and a buying house can run both on Juviq and still have a single view of a buyer.

We are not trying to be an ERP for everyone. We are trying to be the obvious choice for a specific set of businesses — and to know their work well enough that the first meeting does not have to start with an explanation of what an AQL is.

Our mission

To give trading and apparel businesses software that matches the precision of their operations — so decisions are made on numbers that are current, complete and shared.

Where we are going

One connected platform across the supply chain, so a buyer's order, the factory's line plan and the embroidery unit's job card are three views of the same commitment rather than three systems arguing about it.

What we hold to

Four rules we do not bend

These are not posters on a wall. They decide what we quote, what we refuse and how a project is run when it gets difficult.

Understand before building

Every project starts on the floor, not in a specification. If we cannot explain your process back to you, we have not earned the right to automate it.

Ship working software

Value arrives in phases. A module in production this quarter is worth more than a perfect system next year.

Respect the operator

The person entering a hundred rows a day is the real user. Their speed is the design constraint everything else bends around.

Own the outcome

Go-live is a milestone, not an exit. We stay until the numbers your business runs on are coming out of the system.

How we got here

From one tool to four platforms

  1. 2018

    Founded on the factory floor

Juviq Automation started as a small team building costing and inventory tools for trading and apparel businesses that had outgrown spreadsheets.

  2. 2020

    Embroidery Solutions

Stitch-based costing and head-hour machine planning became a product of its own after repeated requests from value-addition units.

  3. 2022

    Garments ERP

Merchandising, store, production, commercial and payroll were unified into a single manufacturing platform running across multiple units.

  4. 2024

    Buying House Solutions

An order-centric sourcing platform with TNA critical path, sampling and commission reconciliation completed the apparel portfolio.

  5. Today

    Four platforms, one engineering team

The same data model and design system underpin all four products, so every improvement in one reaches the others.

How we work

The same six stages, every time

We do not improvise a method per client. The stages are fixed; what changes is the depth of each one. You always know which stage you are in and what closes it.

See what each stage includes

Discover

We sit with your merchandisers, store keepers and accountants and map how the work moves today — including the spreadsheets and registers nobody mentions in meetings.

Design

A written solution blueprint: module scope, data model, integration points, migration plan and a phased timeline you can hold us to.

Build & configure

Delivery in phases, each ending in something usable. You see working software early and often, not a demo at the end.

Migrate & train

Your masters and opening balances are moved and reconciled, and your team is trained on the floor, on their own data.

Go live

Cutover with a parallel-run safety net and our people present, so the first month-end closes cleanly.

Support & evolve

A named contact, an agreed SLA and a roadmap that keeps up with your business as it changes.

Why clients stay

The difference is domain, not features

Domain first, software second

We did not learn the apparel and trading business by reading a requirements document. Costing sheets, TNA calendars, head-hour planning and landed cost are our starting vocabulary, not a change request.

Built to be lived in

These are systems people use for eight hours a day. Dense lists, keyboard-first data entry, sane defaults and screens that load fast on a weak connection beat decorative dashboards every time.

One record, one truth

Modules share a single data model rather than exchanging exports. A stock movement, its journal entry and its effect on an order are the same event seen from three chairs.

Yours to own

Deploy on your own server or ours. You keep the database, the backups and an export path. No hostage data, no per-record surprises.

Change is normal

Buyers change manuals, tax rules move, a new unit opens. Configuration, versioned rules and effective dates absorb that without a rewrite.

Support that knows your floor

Onboarding, data migration, floor training and a named contact who understands your process — not a ticket queue that starts by asking what an AQL is.

Come and take a look at the work.

The fastest way to judge us is to put a real problem in front of us. Bring one — a costing question, a shortage, a report you cannot get — and we will show you how it is handled.
