Garments ERP Solution

A full manufacturing ERP for apparel: merchandising, BOM, store, cutting, sewing lines, finishing, export documentation, HR, payroll and costing on one platform.

What you get

Order to export, line by line

In an apparel factory the truth changes hourly — a fabric shortage at the store, an hourly efficiency drop on line six, a shade variation found at cutting. Juviq Garments ERP connects merchandising, store, production, quality, commercial and payroll so that the consequence of each of those events is visible everywhere at once, in the same minute it happens. It is one platform across units and floors: the merchandiser, the store keeper, the line chief and the finance controller are all looking at the same order.

  • Style, BOM and consumption with buyer-wise costing
  • Fabric and trims store with roll-wise inventory and shade control
  • Cutting, bundle, sewing and finishing tracking by line and hour
  • Real-time efficiency, WIP, DHU and hourly production boards
  • Commercial: LC, back-to-back, export documents and realisation
  • HR, attendance, payroll and compliance for a large workforce

Modules

12 modules, one system

Licensed individually so you start with what matters and add the rest as you grow — but they share one database, so nothing needs to be reconciled between them.

Merchandising

Style master, tech pack, BOM, consumption, costing and order confirmation, with buyer-wise price and delivery terms.

Sample & Approval

Development samples, lab dips, trim cards and approval status tracked against the buyer's calendar.

Procurement

Fabric, trims and accessories purchase against BOM requirement, with back-to-back LC and import file tracking.

Store & Inventory

Roll-wise fabric inventory with shade and shrinkage, trims store, issue against cut plan, and returns with reconciliation.

Cutting

Marker, lay, cut plan, bundle generation and cut-to-issue reconciliation with fabric utilisation reporting.

Sewing Production

Line-wise, hour-wise output with operator allocation, SMV, target versus achieved and live efficiency.

Quality

Inline QC, end-of-line audit, DHU, defect Pareto, traffic-light system and final AQL inspection records.

Finishing & Packing

Wash, iron, get-up, poly, carton and assortment packing with carton-wise packing list generation.

Commercial

Export LC, back-to-back LC, UD, bond register, CI, PL, BL, COO and proceeds realisation tracking.

HR & Payroll

Employee master, card-punch attendance, overtime, leave, piece rate, wage sheet, bonus and final settlement.

Maintenance

Machine register, preventive schedule, breakdown log and spare-parts consumption.

Costing & MIS

Pre-cost against post-cost per style, order profitability, capacity utilisation and a management dashboard across units.

The flow

How work moves through the system

Each stage inherits from the last. Nothing is re-typed, and every document keeps a reference to the one it came from — which is what makes the audit trail useful instead of decorative.

Order & BOM

The style is registered with its tech pack, BOM and consumption, and pre-costing decides the price the order is taken at.

Book & receive

Fabric and trims are purchased against BOM requirement and received roll-wise into the store with shade and shrinkage recorded.

Cut & bundle

Marker and lay planning produce the cut plan; bundles are generated and issued to the lines with full reconciliation.

Sew & inspect

Lines report hour-wise against SMV targets while inline QC and end-of-line audits keep DHU visible.

Finish & pack

Wash, get-up, poly and carton packing produce the packing list and assortment the buyer's manual requires.

Ship & settle

Export documents are raised from the order, proceeds are tracked to realisation, and post-costing closes the loop against pre-cost.

What makes it different

The parts a generic ERP gets wrong

Hourly, not daily

Production boards update by the hour on the line, so a shortfall is a problem the floor supervisor fixes today instead of a number finance explains next month.

Roll-wise fabric truth

Shade, shrinkage and roll identity survive from receipt through lay and cut, which is the only way shade-band complaints are ever actually prevented.

Pre-cost meets post-cost

The costing sheet that won the order and the actual cost of running it sit on the same screen, per style, so quoting improves every season.

A walkthrough is a working session, not a slide deck. Bring one live order or one month of transactions and we will show you how the system handles it.
