Design Library
Every design with its stitch count, colour sequence, area, repeat, punching source file and buyer approval status.
Solution
Purpose-built for embroidery and value-addition units: design library, stitch-based costing, head-hour machine planning, thread consumption and job-work billing.
What you get
Embroidery is billed in stitches and run in head-hours, and no general ERP understands either. Juviq Embroidery Solutions is built around the way the floor actually works — a design with a stitch count and a colour sequence, a machine with a number of heads and a speed, a job card that ties a buyer's order to a specific run. Costing, planning, consumption and billing all read from the same design record, so a quotation given in the morning and the invoice raised at the end of the month are computed the same way.
Modules
Licensed individually so you start with what matters and add the rest as you grow — but they share one database, so nothing needs to be reconciled between them.
Every design with its stitch count, colour sequence, area, repeat, punching source file and buyer approval status.
Rate cards per 1,000 stitches, per head-hour or per piece, with thread, backing, setup and margin folded in automatically.
Buyer-wise quotations built from the design record, versioned so a revised stitch count produces a revised price with a clear audit trail.
Buyer order broken into job cards by design, colour, size and quantity, each routed to a machine group.
Head-hour capacity board across machine groups, with changeover, framing and maintenance time modelled rather than ignored.
Shift-wise output per machine and operator, with rejection, rework and downtime reasons recorded at the source.
Thread, bobbin, backing paper, sequin and needle usage against standard so variance is visible while the job is still running.
Delivery challan and bill for in-house or outside work, with per-party rate cards and monthly reconciliation.
In-line and final checks, defect classification, and a rework loop that never lets a rejected piece leave unrecorded.
Actual against estimated cost per design, per machine and per buyer, so pricing decisions are made on evidence.
The flow
Each stage inherits from the last. Nothing is re-typed, and every document keeps a reference to the one it came from — which is what makes the audit trail useful instead of decorative.
Punching file, stitch count, colour sequence and repeat are captured once and become the reference for everything downstream.
The rate card converts stitches, heads and thread into a price, so quotations go out the same day the tech pack arrives.
Confirmed orders become job cards and drop onto a head-hour board that respects changeover, framing and maintenance.
Shift output, rejection, rework and consumption are recorded at the machine while the job is running.
Challans and job-work bills are raised from actual output, then actual cost is compared against the original estimate.
What makes it different
Stitch count, head-hours and thread draw are first-class inputs — not custom fields bolted onto a generic manufacturing costing screen.
Planning knows that a 12-head machine running a 9,000-stitch design is a different commitment from a 20-head running 3,000, and schedules accordingly.
Standard against actual consumption is visible during the run, not discovered in a month-end report when the job has already shipped.
